Payment Policy
Payment must be received in full by the conference date. All discounts will be applied to the Conference Only fee (excluding add-ons), cannot be combined with any other offer, and must be paid in full at time of order. Group discounts available to individuals employed by the same organization.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted to C5 in writing, prior to 'cut off date' and are liable to a 25% cancellation fee. We regret that cancellations or bookings received after 'cut off date' cannot be refunded or credited. Substitutions are permitted, and must be notified in writing.
