About your Master-Class Leaders:
Chris is the Managing Partner of Mezzanine Management GmbH in Vienna. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he worked in private equity and acquisition finance teams at HSBC and Erste Bank. Most recently, he was Erste Bank’s Prague-based Head of Acquisition Finance for Central and Eastern Europe from 2000 until 2005.
Tomek is the Managing Director at Mezzanine Management Poland. Prior to joining Mezzanine Management Poland he worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mr. Kwiecien graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, where he majored in Corporate Finance and Banking.
